- Exhibitors may tag up to five (5) lambs. They may select two (2) from the five (5) as the pen entry; single entry must be from the remaining three (3).
- Sheep must have a USDA scrapie tag prior to weigh-in and entry to the fairgrounds.
- Sheep may not exceed 100 pounds at spring weigh in.
- Sheep must weigh no less than 80 pounds to show and compete in market class. Animals that do not make weight may compete in showmanship and open class only.
- Home grown animals must be born and raised on the exhibitor’s property and be indicated as so on your entry form.
- Extreme tail docking is prohibited. A minimum tail length of .5 inches at fair check-in is required.
- Sheep Showmanship ages:
