Weigh in: To be determined ( must be on fee at least 90 days prior to fair) Fair check in: Sunday, July 23, 2023 1pm-2pm
- Exhibitors may tag up to five( 5) lambs. They may select two (2) from the five (5) as a pen entry; single entry must be from the remaining three (3).
- Sheep must have a USDA Scrapies tag prior to weigh-in and entry to the fairgrounds.
- Sheep must not exceed 80 pounds at spring weigh in.
- Sheep must weigh in no less than 80 pounds to show and compete in market class. Animals that do not make weight may compete in showmanship and open class only.
- Home grown animals must be born and raised on the exhibitor’s property.
- Extreme tail docking is prohibited. A minimum tail length of .5 inches at fair check in is required.
- Seniors and Juniors will compete separately for overall Senior Champion and an Overall Junior Champion.
- Classes may be combined or divided at the superintendent’s discretion.
